【My impression】
Most of markets have decreased because of banking panic in the United States.
I think that it is not just american or european issue.
More or less, Japanese rural banks have many bonds, and some bank's revenue depending on only their local area is miserable financial statement.
As a result, they must count on asset management of bonds in Japan.
Now, Japanese interest rate is low, however I don't know where it will go in the future.
Anyway, in my opinion, the market will go ahead in storm.
I must work harder ,and hoard my salary for investing my assets.
